FAQ

We understand not everyone has time to ask questions, and we would love to make your ordering process quick and stress free. Here are a few common questions we suggest reading before ordering with us.

  • How long is production time?
    Basic Mixes and Pre-Made mixes are avalible within 1 week of payment. Custom and Elite Mixes are 4-6 week production. JVE suggests booking in your mixes prior to start of seasons. We can become very busy and dont want our loyal custmers missing out. Booking your mix in, requires a $50-$100 deposit, which will be taken off your total inoviced amount.
  • How do edits work?
    Our service provides edits for each package. Edits include but not limited to: - Change of songs - Change of sound effects (add, move or remove) - Move or Delete Voice Overs
  • Can I choose my own songs?
    Yes! JVE Productions have diffrent packages avalible. To have free choice of songs, you must choose a package which allows so. Pre-Made Mixes and Basic Mixes, you can pick a theme and length of mix. Please Note: JVE Mixes are NOT USA Approved.
  • 8 count sheets?
    JVE provides 8 count sheets for your convenience. They can be downloaded from the samples page. Please contact us if you are unsure on how to download or fill out an 8 count sheet.
